I think everyone likes to think themselves as a bit of a Carrie Bradshaw and I may have taken it a bit too far, by literally creating a series of posts based on my failed relationships and experiences with the complicated male species.
I’m only twenty and in no way a love guru and nor do I claim to be, ‘The History of Wrong Guys’ is something I’ve thought about writing for a while, I’ve thought it was a little bit risky, but I had inspiration to do it and once I get some of that there’s no stopping me. I’d rather create original content that I love and that I’m passionate about than something which is just a bit shit which didn’t have anything behind it.
I think everyone will be able to relate to this in one way or another, the search for love is pretty bloody complicated, there’s no denying that. So why not share my experiences with the world?! GULP.
This is not to bitch about ex’s or the various males who I’ve been on a dates with, instead I wanted to keep it classy and keep it Carrie first and foremost. I’m keeping it anonymous and taking inspiration from pretty little liars, so I’ll talk about ‘A’ in each blog post, it’s only fair to the person in question and it keeps my privacy as well as theirs. I’m going to keep very limited on details also, so sorry if you were expecting any different. I’m not going to post in chronological order of the males as I don’t want it to be too obvious for my friends who know my history, I love keeping people on their toes.
I’ve done my VERY best to keep each post pretty light hearted, but there’s some sad parts along the way. Mostly, I hope you have a little giggle at some of the situations I’ve got myself into, looking back I can’t believe some of them myself and how wrong I’ve been sometimes. I’ll make sure to tell you how it started, how it ended and what I learnt from each ‘wrong guy.’ I really hope you enjoy ‘The History of Wrong Guys’ and to my lovely A’s out there, best wishes to you all and thank you for being a part of my history!
